Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Policy
- All products are quality-checked before dispatch.
- Orders are processed within standard working timelines.
- For Polki jewellery, if a design is out of stock, we accept pre-orders only.
- Pre-ordered Polki jewellery will be delivered within 30 days from the date of order confirmation.
Returns
- We do not accept general returns.
- Replacement is applicable only under the following condition.
- If the product received is damaged at the time of delivery.
Important:
- Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Please share clear images of the damaged product via email.
- Do not accept the package if it appears tampered or visibly damaged at delivery.

- In original packaging
- With tags intact
- In unused condition
Replacement Policy
- Replacement will be processed only after the product is received at our showroom and passes Quality Check (QC).
- Replacement will be provided in the same style, subject to inventory availability.
- If the same product is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
Refund Policy
- No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
- Sale or discounted merchandise is strictly not eligible for return or replacement unless damaged.
