Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

  • All products are quality-checked before dispatch.
  • Orders are processed within standard working timelines.
  • For Polki jewellery, if a design is out of stock, we accept pre-orders only.
  • Pre-ordered Polki jewellery will be delivered within 30 days from the date of order confirmation.

 

Returns

  • We do not accept general returns.
  • Replacement is applicable only under the following condition.
  • If the product received is damaged at the time of delivery.

 

Important:

  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Please share clear images of the damaged product via email.
  • Do not accept the package if it appears tampered or visibly damaged at delivery.

  • With tags intact
  • In unused condition

 

Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be processed only after the product is received at our showroom and passes Quality Check (QC).
  • Replacement will be provided in the same style, subject to inventory availability.
  • If the same product is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.

 

Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
  • Sale or discounted merchandise is strictly not eligible for return or replacement unless damaged.
